The Spee-Dee 3800/4800 Series servo auger fillers improve accuracy and productivity on dry product filling lines. The innovative servo direct-drive design gives you a smooth, repeatable filling cycle for free-flowing granular and non-free-flowing powder substances. Its intelligent design couples the motor directly to the auger shaft. This eliminates more than 30 wear parts found in traditional clutch/brake and other auger filling systems, helping to reduce maintenance, downtime and spare parts.

The exclusive sliding key tooling lock enables tool-less changeovers. In order to prevent contamination, the design captures the pin if it ever shears during production, ensuring that the product remains food-safe.
