Our compact rotary fillers easily integrate with a single drop 14 bucket multihead weigher or electronic counter. In addition, container vibrators settle the product into the container and optimize headspace. A Spee-Dee checkweigher can also be integrated to confirm weights and reject out of tolerance packages. This enables our rotary fillers to achieve accurate, reliable filling—every time.

Retaining the key features of Spee-Dee'shigh-speed rotary, a segmented carousel assembly (U.S. Patent #10,994,879) helps stream gummies from the weigher or counter to the filling system, allowing for accurate container filling in a compact footprint. Eliminate bottlenecks with this patented streaming technology:
- The weigher or counter deposits gummies into the fill bucket
- Pocket dividers in the fill bucket separate the gummies
